With so much in-store love directed toward the product, the brand was in need of a social presence that matched that shining enthusiasm. Then came the 2020 twist: we needed to elicit those together-vibes during a time that limiting contact with others was crucial.
To do this, we leaned-in to couches, sweat pants, video parties, and televised sports to share how Ball Park Buns brought flare to this lesser-tapped territory. We unified the visual style of the imagery so that fans could unmistakably identify the bun and the festive moments that it stood for. Then we coordinated a consistent cadence to the channel to lay the foundations for greater follower engagement.
