But before this myriad of options, there was only the standard taxi cab and the comfy, local car service that guaranteed all of the extra touches that made you feel as close to being in your own car as possible. Eastern Car Service held the latter reputation but needed to up its game to remain competitive with the quickly growing multinational, tech-advanced car apps.

To ensure that Easter Car Service would stay top of mind for local devotees and NYC visitors alike, we designed an app that made calling this renowned service simple while maintaining all of their extra offerings. We created a user experience that took into account their riders' preferences like car seats, luggage racks, and pet carriers and brought the service's recognizable branding into the modern app store.
