Forming a unique identity for Kigali-based dance company
Seeking to expand their artistic offerings, Kwetu Film Institute worked with teaching artists to develop Kwetu Dance Arts, a dance training program that prepares students to perform at a professional level locally in Kigali, Rwanda as well as abroad.
I was commissioned to create the branding and identity for this new endeavor in a way that inspired dancers to engage in the studio, expand their technical versatility, utilize their personal cultural backgrounds, and be empowered to perform on stage.
